Objective:
Organize the personal history of a historic resident and create
a family tree poster. |

Activities:

- Form cooperative groups and assign one historic person to each group.
- Direct groups to read biographical sketches from website.
- Encourage groups to gather additional information from other sources:
-interviews -newspaper articles
- Introduce and distribute the Biography Box Rubric.
- Direct each student to create a Biography Box.
- Direct students to write in their Schaumburg Township Double Entry
Journal.
